Last updated 2026-06-28. This document covers our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and the mutual Non‑Disclosure / Confidentiality terms you accept when you create an account.
We design, operate and maintain this service in alignment with internationally recognised data‑protection and information‑security standards:
Controller. License Central ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data processed through this platform. Contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@drchanaka.com.
What we collect. Account data (name, email, organisation), authentication data (password hash, 2FA secret, sign‑in history), licence and activation data (keys, machine fingerprints, IP addresses), billing metadata, and security telemetry needed to prevent abuse.
Lawful basis (GDPR Art. 6). Performance of a contract (providing your licences), your consent (this agreement), our legitimate interests (securing the service, preventing fraud and abuse), and legal obligations (tax/records).
Purposes. Authenticating you, issuing and validating licences, fraud/abuse prevention (IP reputation, anomaly detection), billing, and support. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention. We keep account and licence records for the life of the account and as required by law, then erase or anonymise. Security logs are kept for a limited window for incident response.
Your rights (GDPR Art. 15–22). Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Exercise them from Account → Privacy or by emailing the DPO. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Security (ISO 27001). Passwords are hashed (bcrypt/Argon2id), transport is TLS‑encrypted, secrets and licence keys are access‑controlled, and per‑request intrusion defence blocks malicious traffic. Access to production data follows least‑privilege.
International transfers. Where data is processed outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
Licence. Subject to these terms and your plan, we grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to use the licensed products. Licence keys are issued to your account and must not be shared, resold, or used beyond your seat/activation limits.
Acceptable use. No reverse engineering of the licensing protocol, no circumvention of activation limits, no automated abuse, and no unlawful use. We may suspend or revoke licences that breach these terms or our anti‑abuse controls.
Trials. Trials are limited to one per person/organisation and may be revoked for abuse. Cancellation and reactivation are handled per the dashboard and admin review.
Disclaimer & liability. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
By creating an account you agree to a mutual confidentiality obligation: each party shall keep confidential any non‑public technical, security, business or licensing information disclosed by the other ("Confidential Information"), use it only to operate or use the service, protect it with at least reasonable care, and not disclose it to third parties without consent — except where required by law. This obligation survives termination. Licence keys, signing keys, security configurations and unreleased product details are Confidential Information.
This document is a good‑faith template describing our practices; it does not constitute legal advice. Your organisation should have it reviewed by qualified counsel for your jurisdiction.
